With decades of expertise, Perpetuating provides a seamlessly integrated solution beloved by participants and organizers. It empowers organizers by streamlining event management tasks, allowing them to focus on essential elements of their events.

- Enables admins to create event-specific sites visible to attendees pre-login.

Website Designer
- Developed a comprehensive website builder featuring unlimited page creation, customizable sections, and diverse modules (images, text, videos, links) with a user-friendly drag-and-drop interface. This allows admins to seamlessly design and configure web pages for branding purposes. Event admins use these websites for pre-event advertisement.
No-Code App Designer for Simplified Content Management
- Integrated a user-friendly app builder within the CMS, enabling administrators to create and manage entire apps without any coding knowledge.
- Drag-and-Drop Page Creation: Effortlessly design app layouts with a visual interface for adding and arranging pages.
- Customizable Navigation: Build clear and intuitive navigation structures using a drag-and-drop interface.
- Complete Design Control: Administrators have full control over the app’s look and feel, including web design elements, page content, and branding.
- Modular Redirection: Seamlessly link pages to different functionalities or modules within the app, ensuring a smooth user experience.

Engagement Tools
- Admins can create Surveys, Polls, and Q&As, mapping them with the app designer so attendees can participate. At the end, admins can export reports for specific engagement tools. The CMS displays results for individual engagement tools for visualization and export.
Activity Feed Module
- Created and implemented the Activity Feed module, allowing admins to configure feed pages at the CMS level. Participants can create, like, and comment on posts within the designed feed, enhancing user engagement and interaction.
Reports
- Implemented a powerful reports module that allows users to view various reports and easily export them in popular formats like PDF and XLSX (Excel) directly within the CMS, facilitating efficient data sharing and analysis.
Emailer
- Added in-app mailer support, enabling admins to send targeted emails to attendees.
Communication
- Integrated push notifications, allowing admins to send targeted messages to attendees from the CMS.
Bulk Import
- Added support for importing bulk attendees, sessions, and agendas into the CMS, allowing admins to easily import thousands of records using Excel or CSV files.
Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Integrated SSO login on the participant web view, allowing attendees to easily log in using cloud-based SSO.
QR Codes
- Enabled the CMS to generate custom QR codes for different activities, which participants can scan to be redirected to the corresponding activity.
